Events we've kept connected.

The jobs below show the range of what we do, from a kit a sports body runs itself to full festival networks. Each one started with the same question: what has to stay online, no matter what?

The problem

Volleyball NZ runs tournaments in school gyms, community halls and stadiums all over the country. Venue internet is different every time, often slow or locked down, and the scoring and officiating systems can't afford to drop out mid-match.

What we built

A portable kit that staff carry in a single case: a Starlink Mini for satellite internet that doesn't depend on the venue, a managed switch and access points to give scoring tablets, officials and streaming a clean network, and power and cabling sorted so set-up is a matter of minutes.

Because the kit has to work without a FestiFi technician on the day, we wrote an operations and maintenance manual in plain English, covering set-up, pack-down, and what to check when something isn't connecting.

The result

A standalone system Volleyball NZ owns and runs themselves, with the same reliable network at every venue and no ongoing dependence on us.

Your next case studyFestival or concert

Placeholder for a festival job. The strongest version includes: the site and its connectivity problem, how many gates, bars and vendors ran on the network, the links used (satellite, cellular, fibre), peak numbers of connected devices, and one line from the organiser.

Your next case studySchool or charity event

Placeholder for a community event. Fun runs and school galas make great case studies for the schools-and-charities market, especially where registrations and payments ran smoothly on a tight budget.
